Wired Productions has announced an Xbox Series X|S & PlayStation 5 version of Deliver Us The Moon will arrive in May.

The upgraded versions of the game will include remastered 4K visuals, ray-traced shadows & reflections and quicker loading times. PlayStation 5 owners will be able to enjoy added Adaptive Trigger and controller speaker support too via the DualSense controller. The updates will be available to those who already own the game on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 for no extra cost.

Deliver Us the Moon originally launched back in 2018. Earth has used up all its natural resources, leaving everyone in a bit of a pickle. The good news is that a new source of energy has been found on the Moon. However, all communication to the moon has been lost. As Earth’s last astronaut, it’s up to you to find out what happened and save humanity. Luckily, you also have a helpful robotic drone companion to help named ASE.

Speaking of the robot, ASE made an appearance in the trailer for the game’s sequel announced just last week. Deliver Us Mars will feature a brand new protagonist, and is set to arrive “soon” although an exact date hasn’t yet been given.

You can check out a trailer for the next-gen upgrade release of Deliver Us The Moon below. It’ll land on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 on May 19. You can check out our original review of the game right over here.
