You run around one of six maps that are voted on before in classic Call of Duty multiplayer fashion. The roles are randomly assigned, you can buy a weapon or item, and then you play! It’s a great game in general, but it’s even more to try and fool your friends in the party into thinking you’re not the murderer when you are! Survivors win unless all of them are murdered, so it can be a challenge, too! It’s survival of the fittest in this amazing creative world.

How to join Fortnite Creative Maps

While controversial, the new Fortnite interface is quite useful. Thanks to the design change, you can now quickly enter Fortnite Creative maps with two easy steps. To enter the map, simply press the Search icon in the Main Menu.

Once you press the button, you will need to enter the 12-digit code into the box. After that, simply confirm the code, and you will be able to load into the map. If you only want to play Fortnite Creative with your friend, make sure to set matchmaking to Private.

Can I level up in Fortnite Creative?

Yes, you can earn XP while playing Fortnite Creative maps. Some of them will grant multiple levels per session, allowing you to finish the Battle Pass much faster.

Can I get banned for using Fortnite XP maps?

Epic Games does not ban players for using Fortnite XP maps. However, this may change in the future, so use them at your own risk.

Other players are in my game, but I want to play alone or with my friend. What should I do?

If you want to play Fortnite alone or with your friends, make sure to enable Private matchmaking. If your matchmaking is set to Public, you will enter other players’ lobbies and play against them. Public matchmaking is similar to the Fill option in the Battle Royale mode.
