Assassin’s Creed Valhalla‘s second expansion The Siege of Paris drops tomorrow, and Ubisoft has released the DLC’s launch trailer to celebrate.

After speaking to two mysterious visitors at Ravensthorpe offering suspicious presents, Eivor will make their way to Francia. There you’ll take part in a dangerous adventure that eventually leads you to the infamous Viking battle of the title.

Naturally, the expansion includes new weapons, abilities, gear and skills. You’ll need all of these to face the new enemy types that make up the forces of Charles the Fat. There’s also the new Infiltration Missions which allow you to choose the best way to eliminate your given targets.

While there’s no mandatory power level for the new content, Ubisoft do recommend you raise Eivor to at least level 200 before you set foot on Francia. You’ll also need to have already conquered Grantebridgescire or Ledecestrescire to kick the story off. (That’s the first main quest just after landing from Norway.)

Earlier this year, Ubisoft confirmed it’ll be supporting Assassin’s Creed Valhalla with a second year of DLC. Before that, the history-based Discovery Tour: Viking Age DLC will drop for free later this Autumn.

Check out the trailer for yourself below. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: The Siege of Paris lands tomorrow on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Google Stadia and PC. It’ll be available either on its own, or as part of the game’s Season Pass and you can check the approximate times for your region here.
