Assassin’s Creed Origins is out very soon, and by very soon I mean tomorrow. Are you excited? I certainly am. I can’t wait to slide down the side of shiny pyramids, spy on people with my bird-drone, and do all this while gazing at my own sarcophagus. Ubisoft is clearly not done with the numerous Assassin’s Creed Origins tie-ins products as the publisher has now decided that the one thing we all really need in our life is a sarcophagus-inspired gaming cabinet to really bring Ancient Egypt into our lives.

The world’s first full-sized replica sarcophagus has been 3D printed, and crafted from wood and resin. Not content with creating a replica of Tutankhamun’s coffin, Ubisoft decided that what it really needs to add is an integrated TV screen and Xbox One X console in order to transform the unit into the perfect 21st century gaming cabinet. It also has a handy holder to put your Xbox One controller on, so don’t worry, Ubi got you.

The publisher, so impressed with this feat, filmed the making of the 6ft sarcophagus, which shows off laser led stereolithography printing processes, assembly of the unit, and how everything was bonded together. It’s actually so bizarre that it becomes instantly cool. Now if only I could have a branded pair of trainers to keep my feet snug and warm, as well as some gold-plated headphones to fully immerse myself in the experience.
