Assassin’s Creed Origins is out soon, and what better way is there to celebrate other than with your very own pair of Limited Edition Assassin’s Creed Origins Yeezy trainers? Yes, really. Ubisoft has announced that it’s teamed up with sneaker artist, Dominic Lowman, to create 16 pairs of bespoke handcrafted Origins-inspired Yeezy sneakers. I’ma let you finish, but it’s trainers to us Brits.

These limited edition trainers have taken inspiration from the setting of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed game, and apparently Lowman has done this by combining the ‘modern world of popular culture’ with Ancient Egypt. This feat was achieved by drawing some Egyptian-style images on a pair of obscenely expensive trainers, as well as the Assassin’s Creed logo for good measure. I remember that time I saw a pair of these by Tutankhamun’s sarcophagus.

Unfortunately for fans of these sneakers/trainers/whatever, achieving the pinnacle of fashionable ostentatiousness combined with a cool video game in this instance is not a matter of money, and these exclusive trainers will only be available to ‘lucky competition winners.’ So, you’ll have to follow the Assassin’s Creed Origins Twitter, and its other social media channels to be in with a chance of winning them.

Assassin’s Creed Origins will be released on the PS4, Xbox One and PC on October 27.
