​​In Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty, Genuine Qi, awarded for beating both standard mobs, mini-bosses, and main story bosses, is used to level up your character’s Virtue. The Virtue leveling system breaks down into five different elemental types – wood, fire, earth, metal, and water – each one boosting different aspects of your character’s combat abilities. But how do you respec in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty?

How to Respec in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty
You can respec your character in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty by talking to Zuo Ci, village chief and elder, in The Hidden Village. If you fast travel into The Hidden Village, he’s sitting in the house to the left of the Battle Flag.
The respec option only unlocks once you’ve progressed far enough through the story to freely travel back and forth to the village and after completing the In Search of the Immortal Wizard Main Battlefield mission. Finishing the mission sees Zuo Ci move to the aforementioned house for the rest of the game.
Approach Zuo Ci and tap the talk button – R2 on PS5, for example. Select the Reset Parameters option, taking you to a screen identical to the leveling up menu found at any Battle Flag, except that you can remove and allocate Virtue points however you want.
Tap down on the D-Pad to remove a point and tap up to invest a point. On the left, you’ll see a breakdown of Undistributed Virtue points, so you can get a sense of how many points you still have to respec among the five elemental types in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.
