Tears of the Kingdom cooking grants all manner of buffs and effects, including cold-resistant recipes, though that benefit is limited to dishes that include spicy peppers, such as Spicy Sauteed Peppers for example, or other cold-resistant ingredients. The cold resistance boost isn’t huge but will keep you warm, typically long enough to find a more reliable source of warmth.
