Starfield Display of Power – how to reach the third sign

Want to know how to reach the third sign in the Starfield Display of Power quest? Hatchet and Biggs send you out into Neon to hack three signs to mark the Strikers gang’s territory. The first two are on ground level and are easy to reach, but the third is harder to reach.

How to reach the third sign in the Starfield Display of Power quest

Get as close as you can to the marker. You’ll notice it’s perched above. Circle around the block where it’s located until you spot the Euphorika bar. It has a large red sign so it’s hard to miss.

With the Euphorika bar in front of you, head left, passing under the blue seafood sign. Continue forward until you come to an elevator marked by a big neon sign on your right. Go past the elevator and take a left. You’ll know you’re on the right path if the sea is on your right. 

Continue forward towards the big red crane. Take the first left, then go down a short flight of stairs, and take an immediate right to find a yellow staircase. Follow the staircase up until you reach the rooftops then head towards the marker to find the third sign.

Watch out for the Disciple goons patrolling. Note that Biggs asks for no blood shed, but Hatchet wants to make the Disciples bleed at every chance, so decide if you want to engage them or not. An option is to run to the console, hack it, then jump off the rooftops to make a swift exit without fighting anyone.

Alternatively, there’s another path to the third sign. Again, facing the Euphorika, head right then immediately left, and take a right past Chunks. Follow the path round to find another staircase up to the rooftops.
