No, at the moment you cannot replay any missions in Spider-Man 2. However, Insomniac Games has shared a tweet in response to a fan asking about mission replay being available, to which they answered this feature might be available through an update. If that does happen we will let you know by updating this article.
There are several missions to do in Spider-Man 2 and if we get the option to revisit them, we can relive our favourite moments from the game. This seems like it is a consideration for Insomniac Games and it is almost certainly on the radar for them as a feature to one day add. Whether that patch comes sooner or later remains to be seen.
