Castle Medallions
Shattering all of the Blue Medallions at the Castle Gates was a significant challenge. Thankfully, finding the Grand Hall medallions is an easier affair. But with a few tricky placements, it’s best to be absolutely sure of their location regardless.
As ever, purchasing the castle treasure map from the merchant for three spinels will greatly aid in your search, by marking the general locations of the medallions on your map.

Resident Evil 4 Remake – Grand Hall Blue Medallion Locations
The first blue medallion to be found is right at the start of the grand hall itself in Resident Evil 4 Remake. Turn to the right immediately after entering the hall, before reaching the statues, to find the medallion hanging from a high arch.
The second medallion is at the far back end of the hall, behind the Chimera statue. Move past the statue and between the pillars, turn around at the wall and aim up.
The third medallion is the trickiest by far. It’s hidden inside the second chandelier on the upper level. The light from the chandelier can make the medallion blend in extremely well, but you can just about discern its shape and shatter it like all the rest.
The fourth medallion is located in the gallery. Take out all of the cultists before finding the medallion hanging from a pillar on the lower level.
The fifth blue medallion is carefully hidden in the dining hall. Aim at the small gap between curtains to find this one.
The sixth and final medallion waits for you in the gallery. Once you’ve dealt with the armor ambush, aim back up towards the arches and you’ll spot this final piece of the puzzle.
Head back to the nearby merchant in the Grand Hall once all the medallions have been taken out, and you’ll receive more spinel to trade for his rarest stock.
