What is the secret ending of Indigo Disk?

The cutscene will begin and your trainer will approach the pool. Terapagos will appear, and emit a bright blue light causing mist to appear. Out of the mist, Professor Turo or Professor Sado will appear depending on whether you have Scarlet or Violet, confused as to where they are. They believe they might have traveled through time and space.

Professor Turo or Professor Sado will not recognize you and will be stunned that you have Miraidon or Koraidon. They’re still not sure how they got to the Crystal Pool, explaining that they were in their lab before appearing.

You’re able to ask the professor some questions, and then they will ask you their own. They are very interested in Briar’s Book, The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero. They want to read the book more, but the mist appears again and it’s time for them to go.

Before Professor Turo or Professor Sada leaves, they’ll offer to trade you their copy of the Violet Book or Scarlet Book for Briar’s. After the trade, they’ll both say that maybe it’s time they head home and spend time reading a good book, hoping to reconnect with their son.

After the cutscene is down, you’ll be rewarded with a new title screen for the game.

New title screen

The title screen will change after the cutscene with the time of day outside the window changing from dayime to sunset. The Pokéball on top of the Scarlet or Violet book will also be gone.

That’s everything you need to know about the secret ending for the Indigo Disk DLC. Be sure to check out the full Indigo Disk Pokédex and all Elite Four members in Indigo Disk if you need help completing other parts of the game.
