How to catch Kubfu in Pokemon Indigo Disk
To catch Kubfu in Pokemon Indigo Disk, you first need to complete the DLC’s story, and then talk to an NPC called Snacksworth. He will require you to complete Blueberry Quests (BBQs) and will reward you with items to make Legendary Pokemon spawn, one of which is the Kubfu Treat. The items you get from Snackworth will be random, so it’s unlikely you’ll get the Kubfu Treat first time. Just keep at it until you eventually get one from him.
Once you have a Kubfu Treat, head to Fury Falls in the North Province of Paldea, where you’ll find Kubfu waiting for you. Simply walk over and encounter it to have the chance to catch a Level 30 Kubfu.
How to evolve Kubfu in Pokemon Indigo Disk
Kubfu can be evolved into Urshifu by using one of two different items on it, with the item changing the form of Urshifu that it evolves into. Once you have your Kubfu, head to Porto Marinada in the west of Paldea, and go to the Porto Marinada Market. Look for a woman in a black shirt and glasses, who sells items specifically related to Legendary Pokemon. Here, you can buy both the Scroll of Waters and Scroll of Darkness to evolve Urshifu. If you use the Scroll of Waters, Urshifu will be a Fighting/Water-type and will learn Rapid Strike, a 25-base power move which hits three times, with all hits guaranteed to hit critically. If you use the Scroll of Darkness, Urshifu will be a Fighting/Dark-type and will learn Single Strike, an 80-base power attack that hits once and is guaranteed to hit critically.
The Scrolls are not always on offer at the Market, so you’ll have to check back regularly to see if she has them in stock.
