If you want to find Popplio, you need to upgrade the Coastal Biome section of the Blueberry Academy Terarium. This is done by contributing 3,000 Blueberry Points (BP) to the Terarium Club in the League Clubroom. Once that is done, you will be able to find Popplio.
Popplio finds its home in the Coastal Biome of the Terarium along with other Pokemon such as Bulbasaur, Froakie, and Mudkip. Popplio appears around the outer edges of the Coastal Biome but seems to appear most often around the Coastal Biome Elite Four arena. Be sure to check the beaches around that area.
We have been able to find quite a few Popplio roaming around this biome so it shouldn’t take you very long to get your hands on one.

Popplio is a water type Pokemon which means it is weak to electric and grass-type moves. Later on, it gains a weakness to poison-type moves. Popplio’s final form has resistance to water, fire, fighting, bug, and dark-type moves.

To evolve Popplio, you simply need to level it up. Under normal circumstances, Popplio evolves into Brionne at level 17. Brionne then evolves into Primarina at level 34.
