Before you can catch Bulbasaur, you need to upgrade the Coastal Biome of the Terrarium. This will unlock multiple starter Pokemon in the area but will also cost you 3,000 BP. Be sure to complete plenty of Blueberry Quests to get the BP required for the upgrade.

Bulbasaur can be found around the center of the Coastal Biome where the large waterfall is. This is near the Torchlit Cavern as well. This area is home to multiple Bulbasaur so you shouldn’t have an issue with finding one. It took us about five minutes to locate one after reaching this area.

Bulbasaur will be encountered anywhere between levels 55 and 70. This poison and grass-type Pokemon is weak to fire, ice, flying, and psychic-type moves so have a Pokemon prepared that knows one of these move types as well as False Swipe.
