To catch Oshawott, you need to upgrade the Polar Biome in the Terarium. This is done by contributing 3,000 Blueberry Points (BP) to the Terarium Club through the League Club Room computer. Once this is done, you will start seeing Pokemon like Scorbunny and Piplup in the area.

Oshawott spawns in the upper half of the Polar Biome and in the bottom corner near the Central Plaza. We were able to find this Pokemon easily by traveling to the Polar Rest Area. This is a good location to search for multiple Polar Biome starters.

You will encounter Oshawott between levels 50 and 70. Be sure to bring a Pokemon that knows the move False Swipe. This will be needed to help prevent Oshawott from fainting during battle.
