To get Terrakion, you need to complete enough Blueberry Quests for Mr. Snacksworth to give you the Terrakion Treat. You will get a new treat for every 10 quests you complete so keep grinding them until you get it. Once you have this treat, Terrakion will spawn in Paldea. Terrakion is a Pokemon Violet exclusive so if you have Pokemon Scarlet, you will need to complete online quests to obtain this treat.

Terrakion Location in Pokemon Indigo Disk
Terrakion is one of the easier legendary Pokemon to find in Paldea. Start by going to the Cascarrafa fast travel point. From there, head to the location on the map. There is a cliff to the south of Cascarrafa in the West Province (Area One) where Terrakion can be found. Since this is a rather large Pokemon, you shouldn’t have trouble spotting it in the open area.
How to catch Terrakion
Terrakion is a fighting and rock-type Pokemon. This means that you will mainly want to use grass or water-type moves if you want some that will be super effective against it. Luckily, this Pokemon is affected by normal-type moves so you can use False Swipe to whittle down its health during the encounter.
As with catching any Pokemon, make sure to have a Pokemon with you that knows status effect moves as these help with catching. Putting Terrakion to sleep or paralyzing it will increase your chances of catching it.
