How to catch Latias in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet The Indigo Disk DLC
If you want to encounter Latias in Pokemon Indigo Disk, you need to complete Blueberry Quests (BBQs) in the Terarium and talk to Mr. Snacksworth at Blueberry Academy. Snacksworth will give you a legendary treat for every 10 Blueberry Quests you complete. Keep in mind that Latias is exclusive to Pokemon Violet. Those with Pokemon Scarlet will need to complete online quests to unlock the Latias Treat.

Latias Location in Pokemon Indigo Disk
Latias can be found on the small strip of coastal land in South Province (Area Four). This area can be reached by flying to Alfornado City, Cabo Poco, or the South Province Watchtower. You will find this legendary Pokemon floating near the water on the sand at the base of the cliffs.
How to catch Latias
Latias is a psychic and dragon-type Pokemon that is weak to ice, bug, ghost, dragon, dark, and fairy-type moves. For this reason, we chose to use Primarina during the fight to weaken Latias using fairy-type moves. Make sure to have a Pokemon that knows False Swipe so as not to risk making Latias faint. Once we had Latias’ health down, it only took one Ultra Ball to catch it.
Latias will Reflect Type
Latias will most likely use the Reflect Type move to make itself the same type as the Pokemon you use. This will prevent certain moves from dealing as much damage.
