If you want to find Lugia, you need to complete Blueberry Quests (BBQs) for Mr. Snacksworth at Blueberry Academy. Every 10 solo quests that you complete will get you a legendary treat. Complete these quests until Snacksworth gives you the Lugia Treat. Once you have this, Lugia will appear in Paldea. Lugia is a Pokemon Violet Exclusive so those playing Pokemon Scarlet will need to complete group Blueberry quests to obtain the Lugia Treat. Those playing Violet only need to complete solo Blueberry Quests in Blueberry Academy’s terarium. Remember, Sancksworth appears near the entrance to Blueberry Academy.

Let’s break down where to find this Pokemon and how to catch it.

Lugia has a few weaknesses that you can exploit such as electric, ice, and ghost-type moves. However, if you have a strong Pokemon, this can easily make Lugia faint. Instead, you should rely on False Swipe or weaker moves to chip away at Lugia’s health while also applying status effects.

Once Lugia is low on health, it shouldn’t take you long to catch it with a few Ultra Balls. If you want to use weaker moves, fighting and grass-type moves will deal less damage.
