Overwatch 2 Season 8 all Battle Pass skins
There are a total of nine skins available through the Battle Pass for Season 8 of Overwatch 2. All Legendary skins and the Sawtooth Trapper Junkrat Epic skin are exclusive to the Premium Battle Pass, while the other two Epic skins can be earned through the Standard Battle Pass. Here’s each of them and the tiers they unlock at:

The Ultimate Battle Pass Bundle includes three exclusive skins. These are the Magma Mauga Legendary skin, the Wild Tracker Widowmaker Legendary skin, and the Magma Moira Epic skin.
Overwatch 2 Season 8 all Mauga skins
Mauga, the new hero introduced this season, has a total of six skins available for him:
- Bonesplinter Mauga Legendary skin (earned through the Battle Pass)
- Magma Mauga Legendary skin (Ultimate Battle Pass exclusive)
- Lava Mauga Rare skin
- Ocean Mauga Rare skin
- Palm Mauga Rare skin
- Sand Mauga Rare skin
The Rare skins for Mauga, just like other heroes, are just recolors of his base outfit. As more seasons are released, more skins are expected to be released for the tank hero.
Overwatch 2 Season 8 Mythic skin
As shown above, the new Mythic skin for this season of Overwatch 2 is the Grand Beast Orisa skin. Along with a new look, this skin comes with four color variations and two weapon variations. The skin also has new sound effects for Orisa’s abilities and a new look for her Ultimate.
A new feature with this season’s Battle Pass is the option to unlock previous Mythic skins. Mythic skins so far have been exclusive to the season they released with. Now, players can choose which Mythic skin they want to unlock.
Not very popular
The previous Season 7 Mythic skin, Onryō Hanzo, was criticized for only having three color variations. It seems Blizzard took the advice, and made four available for Grand Beast Orisa.
New weapon skins for Overwatch 2 Season 8
A new addition for this season, it looks like Blizzard is finally adding dedicated weapon skins to the game. This has been a long sought after and theorized addition, and it will start with three weapon skins Reinhardt, Mercy, and Reaper. These weapon skins are known as Hard Light skins. All three follow a central design aesthetic, with white metallic bases and glowing blue features. So far as we know, they’ll be equipable with any character skins, allowing you to mix and match.
They’re also not likely to be the last ones coming, and we expect to see more weapon skins popping up during future seasons and passes.
