Now that the Overwatch 2 Season 7 start date is a distant memory and the Overwatch 2 Season 8 start date is almost here, the window of opportunity to polish off the current season pass in Blizzard’s team-based shooter is rapidly closing. Here’s everything you need to know about pricing, content, and what the Twitch drops for this closing season offer to help you speed through those final tiers.

Overwatch 2 Season 7 battle pass price

You can purchase the Overwatch 2 Season 7 battle pass for 1,000 Overwatch Coins ($9.99/£8.39). This will give you access to the premium track, which provides you with the chance to unlock several new skins, like the Legendary Azmondan Wrecking Ball skin, the Legendary Victorian Doll Echo skin, and the Legendary Diesel Barron Ramattra skin, among others.

Alternatively, you can buy the Ultimate Battle Pass instead for 2,200 Overwatch coins ($20/£16.79). In addition to the outfits mentioned above, you’ll also have the chance to earn several exclusive cosmetics, such as the Legendary Lilith Moira skin, the Legendary Inarius Pharah skin, and a new Epic Pumpkin Spice-themed skin for Bastion. You can also get 1,000 Overwatch coins and 20 Tier Skips by purchasing the Ultimate version, meaning you’ll have an easier time unlocking all its contents.

Overwatch 2 Season 7 Twitch drops and how you can get them

The Twitch drops for this season are a must-have for anyone trying to finish off the last few tiers of the pass. The Twitch drops are all tier skips for the season pass, which allow you to completely skip a tier without having to reach the necessary XP to do so. You can earn up to five in total.

Earning them is also a pretty easy feat. Just head to the Connections tab in your Twitch settings and make sure your Battle.net account is connected. Then watch any streamers in the Overwatch category. For each two hour intervals of watch time, you’ll earn a tier skip, up to a maximum of five after ten total hours.
