The Puzzle Cores we’ve discovered all have the same solution where you select the correct order. Puzzle Cores are going to be found all over the Faewilds, so make sure you complete them for a nice reward.

Puzzle Core solution
To solve a Puzzle Core in Nightingale, You will need to select the pillars depending on the order they light up. You must pay attention to the order in which several crystal pillars light up. These spires, or crystal-like pillars, are resonating and emitting a sound. You will know when the sequence is at an end, as all the pillars will flash with a red colour, and then the sequence will restart.
Simply press the pillar that lights up first, then the second, and then the third. With the correct order done, you can interact with the Puzzle Core and it will open the locked door to get the treasure. We’ve only encountered Puzzle Cores that have three pillars so far, but there might be more complex ones.
If you happen to get the sequence wrong, enemies will spawn and you will have to start the process again. While not too big of an issue, it is in your best interest to get the Puzzle Core solution right in one go.
