NBA 2K24 Season 2 is almost upon us. With mere days between the community and an entirely new season, the anticipation has never been higher. Many players earned all rewards for the first season, so they are looking forward to a new challenge and a new season pass to grind. There are a lot of new rewards coming, so here’s what you can look forward to.
What rewards does NBA 2K24 Season 2 have?
As of the time of writing, the rewards were finally revealed. Previously, all 2K had officially done was announce the season and give it a release date. They have finally revealed in their latest court report what’s in store for Season 2.
The rewards for MyTEAM begin with a Level 1 Free Agent Victor Wembanyama card. The San Antonio Spurs rookie and generational prospect can make a fine addition to your lineup very soon. At level 40, the incredible Diamond Wilt Chamberlain card (a 94 overall) is available.
If you unlock the Pro Pass for Season 2, you can add an Amethyst Donovan Mitchell to your lineup alon. He comes with a Hall of Fame Hyperdrive badge card. Level 40 on the Pro Pass comes with an alternate art for the aforementioned Chamberlain card.

In two new premium collections, fans can pick up a new Diamond Tim Duncan and Diamond Carmelo Anthony as Collection Rewards or as Special Inserts from the Pack Market. NBA 2K24 Season 2 will also launch with a Diamond Michael Jordan.
The W Online will also have some rewards to earn.

MyTEAM and the W Online aren’t the only modes getting rewards. MyCAREER and MyPLAYER are, too.
The Season rewards ladder goes from Level 1 to Level 40, and MyCAREER players will have the chance to earn banners, shot meters, 2XP coins, a Level 20 Slime BMX Bike, and more on it. That also includes some in-game gear.
On new gen and current gen consoles, players who achieve Level 30 will receive a Mascot Costume in MyCAREER. They’ll also earn a Legendary Path Wheel Spin in MyTEAM, thanks to cross-progression across game modes. Once players get to Level 40, new gen gamers will get a Gold Floor Setter and current gen players will get an Extra Badge Point.
How to claim NBA 2K24 Season 2 rewards
Fortunately, you don’t have to do anything special to claim the rewards. As you play through the game during Season 2, you will earn MyTEAM XP. That goes directly to the season pass. Whether you bought the Pro Pass, Hall of Fame Pass or not, you will earn rewards frequently. You can always pass upgrade and earn the additional earnable premium rewards you missed from previous basketball levels.
Once you’ve earned enough XP to level up and unlock that level’s rewards through gameplay, you will be able to claim them. To do so, simply head to the season pass and claim the available rewards by pressing the appropriate button.
Additional Season Pass rewards can be claimed eventually, but all you have to do is level up. Generally speaking, that happens organically. Be on the lookout to start grinding these and any additional reward given by 2K24 on Friday.
The rewards are the same for all consoles, including new gen (PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S) and last gen (Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4). This is true for the Deluxe and Standard Editions of the game, too.
NBA 2K24 Season 2 Programs
NBA 2K24 has not revealed any information about what Season 2 has in store for the community in terms of programs. They had the Legendary Path Shaquille O’Neal card as part of the program in Season 1, and something similar can be expected. Naturally, it will be a different card and a different program. The expectation is also that a lot of new card sets will be on the way. The NBA season begins shortly after Season 2 of 2K, so it’s good timing.
