Does MW3 beta require PS Plus?

You do not need a PlayStation Plus subscription for both PS4 and PS5 to play the MW3 beta. However, players in Germany will need a PS Plus subscription to play the beta due to the game’s age rating. 

However, while you don’t need a PS Plus subscription to access the beta outside of Germany, you will need internet access to participate in the MW3 beta. 

MW3 beta start time for PlayStation 

As always, the first weekend is exclusive to PlayStation, with early access granted to those who pre-ordered, while the second week of the beta is open to all players at no cost. The first weekend of the MW3 beta is set to kick off on Friday, October 6 at 10 A.M. PT and conclude on Tuesday, October 10 at 10 A.M. PT.

Players who pre-ordered the game on PS4 or PS5 can jump in starting from the first date. Following that, the remainder of the weekend, beginning on Sunday, October 8 at 10 AM PT and ending on Tuesday, October 10 at 10 AM PT, will be open to all PlayStation players, including those who didn’t pre-order.
