The latter also helps with mobility thanks to a speed boost. 

While most assault rifles benefit from a bigger magazine, few need it more than this M13C loadout. If you miss a few shots, there’s a good chance you’ll need to reload before defeating a foe. And that’s a bad position to be in so opt for the 45-Round Mag.
