How to get Remembrances in Lords of the Fallen

Remembrances are unique items you get from defeating any major boss in the game. To get a Remembrance, you first need to beat the boss and then switch over to the Umbral Realm while still in the boss arena to find a Calcified Memory. When you find this, you need to Soulflay it first, which will cause the memory to play.

The memory will play out, showing a moment of importance or change in the boss’ life that explains their origin to some degree. Dialogue will play out briefly while this happens. After this has finished, you will receive the Remembrance for that boss. With Remembrance in hand, you will be able to access that boss’s gear, including armour, weapons, and spells in the specific shop.
