If your Henry is a bit of sweet tooth, there’s not much in the way of sugary treats given its 15th century Bohemia. But, there is honey, a rather rare resource used in cooking and as an ingredient in apothecary recipes. It also has excellent nourishment stats, making it a reliable snack when you’re out exploring. Given its harder to come by than, say, Belladonna or Comfrey, there’s a good chance you won’t know where to look when you do need it. In this guide, we’ll walk you through where to find honey in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2.
Where to get honey in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
To get honey, you’ll need to harvest it from beehives at farms or buy it from a trader. In the starting Trosky Region, your best bet for getting honey without spending a grochen is to head to the small farm to the south of Troskowitz and northeast of Nebakov Fortress in the Trosky Region.
Once you reach the farm, head down the path leading to the farmhouse, and about halfway down take a right into a fallow field. Press on past the field to the edge of the forest. You’ll find two bee hives in two long wooden huts. Open them to find x10 honey in one and x8 in the other. The honey does regenerate so you can revisit, but does take a few days to spawn again for you to take.
Alternatively, if you visit the trader, Jurg Thomel, in Trosokowitz, you can buy honey for 2.8 groschen each. He only ever stocks two at a time, so it’s only an option if you’re in a pinch and need a small amount of honey. You’ll also occasionally find honey inside houses throughout Bohemia, though it’s a far less reliable way to find it than harvesting it from beehives or buying it.
