Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League is out now, with the game controversially requiring an internet connection to play even if you intend on enjoying KTJL alone. This is easily Rocksteady’s biggest problem at launch as it means the experience is impossible to enjoy if servers are down for maintenance. Here you will find the Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League server status so you know if the servers are down for maintenance.
Now the game is out in the wilds, players have been cleaning up Metropolis and taking on the DC heroes, but may find themselves stopped by the biggest DC villain of them all – server issues. (The DC in this case stands for disconnection.)
Are Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League servers down?
At the moment, the Suicide Squad game servers are up as of 5:30 AM PT/ 08:30 AM ET/ 1:30pm on February 14th, 2024. As per the game’s official X account, the game is now running once more, and a small patch has been deployed.
Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League servers were taken down for routine maintenance at 3:00 AM PT/ 06:00 AM ET/ 11:00 AM GMT on February 14th. This was confirmed by the official Suicide Squad KTJL X (formerly Twitter) account, confirming the game was undergoing routine maintenance. Luckily, it was not down for an extended period, coming back online after around 2 and a half hours.
Because of the requirement of an internet connection to play at all, it’s impossible to log back into the game when maintenance is happening. You cannot play single-player at all which is especially frustrating if you’re someone who doesn’t care about multiplayer in any capacity. The good news is that an offline mode is coming in the future through a free post-launch update, but we unfortunately don’t know when it will arrive.
How to check Suicide Squad KTJL server status
The only real way to check whether or not the Suicide Squad servers are up and running is through the official Twitter account, which we’ve linked above. Aside from that, you can confirm server downtime by trying to log-in to the game and seeing downtime errors. It’s not exactly fool-proof, though.
Make sure to follow SuicideSquadRS on X/Twitter for more updates about the servers. You can also follow the game’s official Discord channel. Unfortunately, there is no server-dedicated website to check to see when the game is offline for maintenance, so the only avenue is the game’s social media pages.
As mentioned, you can get early access to Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League right now on PS5, Xbox, and PC. The game does support crossplay and cross-platform multiplayer between all systems which is a positive for its four-player co-op. If you haven’t opted for early access, you can still pre-order the Standard edition and preload ahead of the February 2nd launch.
