There are many new Pokémon to use in the Teal Mask DLC including all returning Pokémon from previous generations. Piloswine is among the returning Pokémon and in this guide, we’ll be taking you through how to evolve Piloswine into Mamoswine in the new Pokémon Scarlet and Violet DLC.
How to evolve Piloswine in Teal Mask
You can evolve Piloswine into Mamoswine by teaching it the Ancient Power, a level-up move that should already be available to use.
If Piloswine doesn’t remember how to use this move, you check the Pokémon’s summary by going to the moveset section then press A and select ‘Remember moves’ and the Ancient Power should be on the list. Then simply add it to Piloswine’s moveset.
You can level Piloswine using training or candies after it has remembered the Ancient Power, this will evolve it into Mamoswine. Once it has evolved into Mamoswine, you can decide to remove the Ancient Power from Mamoswine’s moveset and leave room for new moves.
Due to its massive size, Mamoswine is a powerful and high-damage dealing Pokémon with some of the best moves in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet which include Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Rock Slide and the famous Earthquake.
