How to get Dipplin in Teal Mask
To get Dipplin in the Teal Mask DLC, you simply need to catch an Applin in the apple orchard and evolve it using a Syrupy Apple.
The Apple orchard is located in the southeast corner of Kitakami called Mossfell Confluence, you can get a Syrupy Apple by buying one for 500 Poke Dollars in the shop next to the Apple orchard in that location.
Unlike other stores in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you should know that there will be no shopkeeper in the Syrupy Apple shop. So you will simply need to put the 500 Poke Dollars into the box to get the item. After getting the Syrupy Apple, put it in the ‘Other Items section of your Bag.
Once you have the item, you can use it from your inventory to evolve Applin into Dipplin as you would typically evolve any other Pokemon. Also, you can buy as many Syrupy Apple as you want.

You can find Applin in multiple locations across Paldea and Kitakami. All Applin locations in Paldea include:
