How to fix Error code 10002038, Error code 10003001, and Login limit reached

All of the above issues usually stem from the Helldivers 2 servers operating at or near max capacity. This usually happens when a large number of players try to log in and play at the same time, often during major patches and updates. The best course of action is to wait it out and keep trying again. If the problem persists, check that your internet connection is working properly. If that is the cause, restart your router before trying again.

✓ be patient

These error codes will most often appear shortly after a major update comes to the game. That can be a new Warbond, a big patch, or even a new Major Order. Keep trying to log in, and you’ll eventually get there. The game has a kick-for-inactivity system, which should free up space for more active Helldivers.

How to fix Quickplay not working and Failed to create/join game lobby

These issues are often tied to server problems on the server side, or due to maintenance being performed. Make sure to check the server status through Arrowhead’s social media or DownDetector. However, if there are no reported server troubles, then it’s possible that you’re trying to load a mission that no one else is playing (if you’re using matchmaking). In that case, try looking for a different drop to join. If you can’t join with your friends, check that one or more of you are visible on the Social screen. For example, if you can’t invite a friend, let them try inviting you instead.

How to fix Failed to establish network connection

This error is most likely caused by your problems with your internet connection. Check the server status first, just in case. Then, try restarting your router and after that start the game again. If that fails (and you’re playing on PC), you can try flushing your DNS. This should clear some of your internet cache and allow you to log into Helldivers 2.

How to fix 0 Helldivers active bug

This is a known bug that has become more rare to see after the game’s post-launch updates. Your best bet is to restart the game to clear the bug. If that doesn’t work, try avoiding matchmaking for a couple of drops, then check the Galactic War screen to see if the bug has been cleared.

After resolving any issues with the game, you should be able to get back into action. So make sure to bring your best loadout to bear, including your best armor and weapons.
