So you want to know who plays Ghost in MW2? You’ve come to the right place. FPS fans have been gifted some of the most outstanding gaming characters by Call of Duty. Among these are Captain Price and Soap McTavish, two very compelling characters in Modern Warfare.
However, Simon “Ghost” Riley has always been that one character who leaves fans with the best memories through the Modern Warfare story so far. He is undoubtedly one of the most exceptional characters in gaming history, so let’s talk about the actor behind this incredible character.
Who plays Ghost in MW2?
Ghost is played by well-known English actor and writer Samuel Roukin in MW2 (2022).
After Activision replaced the former Ghost actor Jeff Leach, Roukin took up the role and has since captivated players with the character’s unnerving and equanimous nature. Every CoD player will recognise the one soldier who wears a balaclava with a white skull on his face.
It’s worth noting that Roukin has also been in popular productions like Turn: Washington’s Spies (2014), the Oscar-nominated Happy-Go-Lucky (2008), and Marvel’s Agents of Shield (2013).
If you’re a fan of Ghost, then you’ll be happy to know that the soldier is amongst the confirmed characters to return from the MW3 characters list. Roukin has also been confirmed to return in the MW2 sequel alongside other MW3 cast and voice actors like Barry Sloane as Captain Price.
Whilst we don’t know the exact age of Ghost in the Modern Warfare series, we took our best guess in determining how old is Captain Price in the upcoming MW3 (2023). MW2 Season 6 is still underway and if you’re already eager for the next season, you’ll want to know if there’ll be MW2 Season 7 or not.
