Want Navia Talent and Ascension materials? Look no further. Navia is a powerhouse Geo DPS, and levelling her should be your top priority if you’ve pulled for her during her Banner.

As a Fontaine character, Navia’s materials can be found above and below the water in most regions of Fontaine, so you will need to have unlocked Fontaine to farm Navia Talent and Ascension materials.

Navia Ascension Materials

Ascension in Genshin Impact requires Ascension Materials to break through level caps that limit progression after you use your EXP Books to level up. Navia is no different, and you will have you work cut out for you to gather them all.

Ascension Materials are always in short supply, but this is also dependent on how much of the Regional Speciality you can gather. Luckily for Navia-havers, her Regional Speciality is available in great abundance. Here are the Navia Ascension Materials you’ll need, along with how much Mora is required for each phase.

World Boss Drop – Artificed Spare Clockwork Component Coppelius

The Artificed Spare Clockwork Component – Coppelius is a boss item dropped by the Icewind Suite World Boss found in Fontaine, near the Fountain of Lucine. You must beat the boss and then spend 40 Resin to collect the rewards. Each time you collect a reward at max World Level, you have a guaranteed chance to get two per collection, but there is a medium chance to get three per run.

✓ Jack’s advice

Coppelius, not Coppelia

When facing this boss, you must select the option Coppelius to get the correct drop. Otherwise you will get the other drop, which is called Coppelia. The words are similar enough to cause confusion, so just double check.

Regional Speciality – Spring of the First Dewdrop

The Spring of the First Dewdrop can be collected underwater in Fontaine. There is one area in particular, the southeastern Morte Region, where you can find a huge concentration of First Dewdrops. After you fully clear the Narzissenkreuz World Quest and lower the Tower of Ipsissimus, there will be more Spring of the First Dewdrop to collect. Check every single Clam you come across and search at the lowest point underwater to get the most.

Outside of Ascension materials, you will need to farm Navia Talent Materials to improve her abilities. This will result in a huge boost to Navia’s DPS and overall utility. As is the case with every character, each character’s three Talents can be levelled up from one to 10, enhancing Normal Attack, Skill, and Burst.

To get to level 10 of any Talent you will need a lot of materials, and these are different between each character. The Crown of Insight item is also needed for the final rank of the Talent. You will need to farm Equity Talent Books and plenty of Transoceanic materials for Navia Talents. Use the table we’ve made below to see all the Navia Talent materials you need to farm:

Navia’s Kit explained

Every character in Genshin Impact has several Talents, while three of them can be upgraded other Passive effects cannot. For Navia, let’s take a look at all of her Talents and how she works.

Navia TalentEffect
Normal Attack: Blunt RefusalNavia can perform four Normal attacks, a charged attack, and a plunging attack. Hold down the attack button to drain stamina over time and perform a continuous spinning attack.
Elemental Skill: Ceremonial CrystalshotWhen Navia picks up a Crystal Shard created by the Crystalise reaction, she will gain one stack of Crystal Shrapnel. This effect stacks up to six times. When you use Navia’s Skill, she will use all Crystal Shrapnel stacks, dealing AoE Geo DMG to any enemy hit. You can press the Skill button to fire immediately or hold the button to aim and draw in nearby Crystal Shards.
Elemental Burst: As the Sunlit Sky’s Singing SaluteNavia’s Burst unleashes an AoE Geo attack that initially hits enemies in front with a large explosion and then it will constantly rain down cannonballs on enemies in the area. When an enemy is hit by one of the cannonballs, Navia will gain one stack of Crystal Shrapnel towards her Skill.
First Passive: Undisclosed Distribution ChannelsFor four seconds after using her Skill, Navia will gain a Geo Infusion. While this effect is active, Navia’s DMG will be converted into Geo damage and her Normal, Charged, and Plunging attacks will be increased by 40%.
