Charlotte’s materials to Ascend can all be farmed in Fontaine. You will need Gears from Mecka enemies, several Beryl Conches and the Tourbillion Device from the Experimental Field Generator boss. To level Charlotte, you need the following Ascension materials for her:

Should you Triple Crown Charlotte?
Generally speaking, your should be very picky with whose Talents you Triple Crown. By Triple Crown, we mean getting the Talent to level 10, using up a Crown of Insight in the process. Charlotte’s kit is extremely good and her support and DPS is solid. While we don’t recommend Crowning her, you should go for it if you really like her.
