Much like past seasons, the latest Fortnite season brought new POIs that were added to this chapter’s iteration of the map. Although the shape of the island has remained the same, the map looks different in comparison to the previous season. Due to this, you will need a few days to get used to the new locations and all the other map changes.

Since the new Fortnite season just came out, we’ll take a look at all the new locations on the map. The Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 map looks amazing

Now that Chapter 5 Season 2 has arrived, we have finally received confirmation of all the POIs included in the current iteration of the Fortnite map. The current version of the in-game map will likely stay in the game for a few weeks, then Epic Games will release more changes for it.

For now, these are the new locations with the first Chapter 5 Season 2 update:

  • Grim Gate
  • The Underworld
  • Brawler’s Battleground

Naturally, Epic hasn’t replaced all POIs from Chapter 5 Season 1. Many of them have stayed in the game, but have also received some changes. We expect the in-game map to receive more changes as the season progresses, and it won’t be surprising if we get more mythology-themed landmarks in the future.

We will update this more article with new information soon, including the new minimap.
