FC 24 Trailblazer Centre Back Evolution – How to complete and best players to upgrade

The Trailblazers promo has brought us another couple of Evolutions in FUT 24. This guide looks at the Trailblazer Centre Back Evolution in FC 24 Ultimate Team.

How to complete Trailblazer Centre Back Evolution

Completing the Trailblazer Centre Back Evolution in FC 24 Ultimate Team will take a minimum of 15 matches to complete. There are three levels to the Evolutions, each with its own upgrade. 

Level 1 – Overall +2, Pace +4, Dribbling +5, Defending +2, Physical +5, PlayStyle Power Header

• Win 3 Squad Battles (or Rivals/Champions) matches by at least 2 goals on min. Semi-Pro, using your active EVO player in game.
• Win 2 matches in the Live Ultimate Team Friendly: Evo Lounge using your active EVO player in game.

Level 2 – Overall +3, Pace +3, Passing +5, Defending +2, Physical +5, PlayStyle Aerial

• Win 2 Squad Battles (or Rivals/Champions) matches by at least 2 goals on min. Semi-Pro, using your active EVO player in game.
• Win 3 matches in the Live Ultimate Team Friendly: Evo Lounge using your active EVO player in game.

Level 3 – Overall +3, Pace +2, Passing +4, Dribbling +4, Defending +2, PlayStyle Acrobatic

• Win 1 Squad Battles (or Rivals/Champions) matches by at least 2 goals on min. Semi-Pro, using your active EVO player in game.
• Win 4 matches in the Live Ultimate Team Friendly: Evo Lounge using your active EVO player in game.

Unai Nunez (OVR 77)

Unai Nunez looks to be the player to put in the Trailblazer Centre Back Evolution. With a Shadow, EasySBC gives him the best Meta Rating, with an 88.0, and futbin says he has the stats of a 92-rated CB! Playing in La Liga and with a Spanish nationality, he will be very easy to link chemistry-wise. However, know that he is a purely defensive option, with poor passing and dribbling abilities!

Caglar Soyuncu (OVR 77)

Sticking with La Liga, Caglar Soyuncu looks a bit of a beast after the upgrade. Add a Shadow and he has 85 PAC, 73 DRI, 92 DEF, and 88 PHY, with the stats of a 91-rated CB. One downside of picking him is the lack of PlayStyles, as his card doesn’t have any before the upgrade.

Thilo Keher (OVR 76)

West Ham defender Thilo Keher is another top option for the Evolution. A German playing in the Premier League, he will be easy to get chemistry on. If you like playing out from the back, then Keher is your man, with very good dribbling stats for a CB. He already has the Bruiser PlayStyle, great for battling it out with more physical attackers.
