The Red Dragons’ Hollywood heroes are still dreaming the American dream, but what will the EA Sports FC 24 Wrexham ratings look like? Some upgrades could be in store, as the side gained promotion from the National League last season and is now competing in EFL League Two!

If you’re in it for the long haul then an FC 24 Career Mode save with Wrexham could produce quite the storyline. Unfortunately, you will have to do it without iconic goalkeeper Ben Foster, with the Englishman announcing his retirement. However, a few new signings for Phil Parkinson’s side and eternal backing from owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney will help things go smoothly. 

James McClean – 69 overall 

Wrexham’s big-money signing of the summer comes in as their highest-rated player in FC 24. James McClean is a top all-rounder, bringing Premier League experience with him as well as plenty of aggression! 

Paul Mullin – 68 overall 

The club’s star man, Paul Mullin has established himself in Wrexham folklore. His 38 goals helped secure promotion for the side, and he will look to continue firing the team to success in League Two. 

Will Boyle – 67 overall 

Another new signing for Wrexham also comes in as one of their top players in FC 24. Will Boyle may lack pace, but he makes up for that with great strength and good defensive capabilities. 

Aaron Hayden – 65 overall 

Aaron Hayden started life out in the Chelsea academy, before heading to Wolves, finally ending up at Wrexham. For a center-back, he has a really impressive scoring record, with 19 goals in 69 appearances going into the 2023/24 season! 

Eoghan O’Connell 65 overall 

Wrexham has plenty of options at the back in FC 24, with Eoghan O’Connell and CB included among the squad’s best players. The Irishman was at Celtic during Brendan Rogers’ first spell managing the club, so will want to recapture that winning feeling. 

FC 24 may be a new name to get your head around, but EA will continue to provide your favourite football sim, just without the FIFA brand. All the usual gameplay and game modes will still feature. That means another Ultimate Team campaign will occupy your time, with Clubs (formerly Pro Clubs) a great space to play with mates. The main licences still remain, with authentic leagues, stadiums, and competitions all included.
