After a visit to Avalon in Blood Feud and a murderous introduction to Sev as part of the Black Ops 6 campaign, you’ll head back to the Rook to plan your next move. It turns out that Livingstone has secluded Adler in a sketchy CIA black site in a tunnel system below Capitol Station in Washington D.C. And, as these things so often go, you’re the one tasked with breaking him out. The trouble is you’ll need a valid retinal scan to get in. Luckily there’s a political event in the station being attended by a senator with clearance to the site and none other than Bill Clinton.
In this guide, you’ll find a full walkthrough explaining how to free Adler and complete the Black Ops 6 Most Wanted mission. We’ve broken the guide down into mission objectives that you can easily jump to as needed using the list on the right.
Enter the Gala
As soon as you gain control of Case, head forward towards the objective marker in the station just ahead. Enter the station through the front door then show your press badge to access the event and meet up with Harrow.

Meet with Sev
Once inside, head over to table 14 to meet up with Sev as indicated by the objective marker, then take a seat. After a brief chat with Sev, equip your camera (the 4 key on PC) and take a picture of Senator McKenna, the man standing next to Clinton. Sev will then hand over a Gala Map, detailing several options to get the senator’s retinal scan, styled as mini quests – Highest Bidder, Mystery Man, and Covert Affair. You can then prod Sev for further details on each option.
It doesn’t matter which quest you decide to take on as they all lead to the same outcome. You’ll find walkthroughs for all three below.

Highest Bidder
Head over to Gabriel Armato to the right of the stage. Select ‘We have a mutual acquaintance. Sevati Dumas’, then ‘Sev needs a photo of the senator. Up close.’ He’ll then explain that he’ll help but needs you to grab some sensitive information from the senator that might compromise his organisation.

Neumann will pipe up explaining that he can help if you can hack one of the silent auction computers. Head over to the computer to the right of the stage and enter the restricted area behind the gold curtain. Take a right then another right through another curtain, use Silent Takedown on the guard to the left then approach the computer. You’ll need to decode a cypher.
The numbers in the code word correspond to a letter. Using the cypher solution at the bottom, you’ll need to figure out the right word to solve the puzzle. The Code Word here is 3195448, which corresponds to the word MCKENNA. Input it to crack the cypher and find out the senator bid a fortune on an antique clock. Before you leave, grab the stack of cash on the table next to the computer.

Make your way over to the auction hall, indicated by the new objective marker on the map. The click is at the very back of the hall on a table next to a painting of a man and another one of a colourful owl on the right. You’ll need to get behind the clock. Head towards the entrance of the auction hall then take a right to find a cordoned-off area patrolled by a guard. Wait for the guard to walk away then use the curtains to make your way along the path and round to the back of the clock. Search the clock to reveal a keypad. Use the Blacklight to single out keys with fingerprints and deduce the code using the decryption log. The code is 781 and will give a floppy diskette.

Exit the restricted area and go to the new objective marker and speak to Armato by the stage. Hand over the diskette. He’ll arrange for you to take a picture of McKenna. Go to the office at the back of the pub and snap a picture of McKenna.

Covert Affair
Head over to Senator McKenna’s wife, Miriam, who is standing to the right of the check-in near the entrance to the station. Select ‘But you look gorgeous. How about just one photo of you two?’ then ‘Off the record: I noticed some tension between you and the senator’ from the dialogue options. Miriam will recommend you check the Auction Hall for McKenna’s aide, Anne Johannsson, and mistress.Â

Head over to the Auction Hall in the east of the building and talk to Sev by the violin on the table. Use the camera and then zoom in on the aide and her accomplice and track their movements to eavesdrop on their conversation. It turns out the aide is attempting to blackmail the senator with some questionable tapes. Run over to the map marker near the check-in desk and stand behind the man smoking, the accomplice, and pickpocket the valet ticket.

Exit the hall and go to the Valet kiosk on the left. Select ‘Hey, I need to grab something out of my car’ to get the car keys. Go to the quest marker in the car park then hit the key fob button prompt (the 5 key on PC) to single out the right car, which is roughly three cars from the back in the middle row. Open the trunk to get the incriminating evidence.

Complete the quick time event when the accomplice shows up then make your way back to the senator’s wife inside the hall, avoiding the CIA guards as you go. Select any of the dialogue options and Miriam will arrange for you to photograph the senator. Head back to the auction room and distract the aide. Select any of the dialogue options to keep her busy. Miriam will show up, drug the aide, and have her removed from the building. Hand over the documents then take a picture of Senator McKenna to get the retinal scan.

Mystery Man
Head over to the marker near the coat check near the entrance to the hall. Wait for the guard to step away from the curtains then sneak in. Take a left and then another left through the curtain and into the coat check area. While Sev distracts the clerk, go between the coats, then take the first left and then another left. Interact with the navy coat with the gold buttons on the right at the end of the aisle to get the note. Exit the Restricted Area.

Make your way over to the quest marker near the auction section of the hall. To the right of the auction kiosk, you’ll spot Grisham in a white tuxedo talking to a guard. Whip out the camera and snap a shot of Grisham from the front. He’ll move. Head through the curtains to the left of the kiosk without being detected, then through into the area on the right through another curtain. Go through yet another curtain at the back, wait for the guard to move, go through, and through the doors on the left that Grisham entered moments ago. Eavesdrop near the door at the back then eliminate Grisham with a Takedown and pressing the corresponding quick time button. Grab the pager off the floor and exit the Restricted area.

Make your way over the diner to the left of the stage avoiding the CIA agents you go. Sneak through the Restricted Area then follow the corridor into the diner to find McKenna and a pair of guards. Choose any of the dialogue options as they don’t have a bearing on the outcome. Complete the two quick time events then take a picture of the Senator to get the retinal scan.

Rendezvous with the Team
Regardless of the route you choose to get the retinal scan, you’ll next need to make it to the roof. A new objective marker will pop up, located in the southern part of the West hall. Open the door, then climb up the stairs to reach the roof. Climb the ladder then duck behind the cover on your right. Use the camera to tag as many police as you can. Make your way over the rooftops to the Mechanical room, using the passageways under the gangways to stay concealed. Enter the Mechanical Room then use then interact with the elevator shaft door. You’ll get caught but Marshall and Sev will show up to solve the problem.

Gear up and descend the shaft then follow Marshall into the Black Site. Use the retinal scanner on the left to open the door. The site is in a bit of a state, courtesy of an unexpected visit from the goons at Pantheon.

Rescue Adler
After a brief cutscene, you’ll regain control. From here, you can go in guns blazing or take a stealthy approach. Either way, make your way to the back of the facility, clearing the guards as you go. Marshall will tell you to check the door on the left. Solve the keypad puzzle. The code is 8218. Go through and up the ladder. Take a left and then walk on the ceiling tiles and hop down into the room below. Deal with the soldiers and make your way to the quest marker, which will lead you down a short set of stairs and to a vaulted door.
Interact with the vent on the left of the door and guide the RC car through the vent system. When you emerge, stick left and leave the room through the door at the back. Make your way to the power box at the back of the next room, using the desks as cover. Detonate the RC. Clear out the remaining guards then go to the door of the cell and free Adler.

Escape the Black Site
Follow Marshall through the vault door and back to the offices. Advance, clearing out the soldiers as you go. Watch out for the elite laying traps on the left of the area. As you get close to the elevator shaft, another elite will show up toting a massive chain machine gun. Defeat them then make your way up the shaft. Complete the quick time event.
Find an Escape Route
Follow the Marshall through the door, then be careful of RC-XE cars that will detonate when they get close. Advance and kill the Pantheon enemy controlling the RCs near the door. Press on up the stairs and squeeze through the gap. Shoot the three guards that appear ahead then exit through the door on the left.

Hop on the bikes and complete the chase to finish off the quest. Captured by VideoGamer
Make your way through the hall towards the eastern wing, picking off the enemies that show up as you progress. Hop on the motorcycle behind Marshall and ride out of the station. Shoot the enemies in the cars then jump to the truck when the prompt pops up. This will complete the Most Wanted mission and secure you the Breaking News trophy. Up next, the Hunting Season mission.
