Baldur’s Gate 3 – Where to find Mol

Where can you find Mol in Baldur’s Gate 3? This sneaky devil is hidden in each of the game’s chapters. Later on, you will even get a quest to find this Tiefling child. You will need to do a lot of searching throughout your campaign and travel to many waypoints.

Mol is a pretty easy character to spot since she is a smaller Tiefling who wears an eyepatch. Despite this, she likes to hide in odd places and even goes missing at one point. This guide will show you where to find Mol in Baldur’s Gate 3 – Act One, Act Two, and Act Three.

How to find Mol in Baldur’s Gate 3

Mol can be found in each act of the Baldur’s Gate 3. As such, you will need to search for her in all three acts if you want to get her full story. Let’s break down where you can find her in each act.

Mol location – Act One

To find Mol in Act One, you will need to travel to Druid Grove. Like many other Tieflings, Mol and company are refugees seeking shelter in the Emerald Grove. Once there, locate a child named Doni. There are also other Tiefling survivors named Mattis and Arabella that you can interact with.

Doni is the child who acts as a guard for the entrance to the Tiefling Hideout. To gain access to this little safe haven, you will need to rescue Mirkon down by the beach where the Harpies are. With Mirkon, saved, you can convince Doni to grant you access to the hideout through a newly revealed entrance.

You can also get access to the hideout by climbing down the ladder near Mattis and going in through a smaller hole that you can spot with a perception check. This back entrance, however, can only be accessed by smaller races like Halflings and Gnomes or by animals such as cats.

This whole interaction is part of the Find Your Belongings quest in Act One where you are introduced to the gang of thieves. You will also get tasked with stealing the Sacred Idol from the druids.

Mol location – Act Two

Moving forward to the shadow-cursed lands of Act Two, you will be able to find Mol at Last Light Inn. There is a waypoint here that you will unlock for future travel to the area. Mol can be found striking a deal with Raphael while playing chess on the side of the inn near the stairs. Afterward, the kid will be near the bar.

While Mol chatting with Raphael is amusing, you can warn her about his bad deals though she probably won’t listen. Afterward, if you progress the story in a specific way here where you speak with Isobel, there will be an invasion. During this time, Mol will be kidnapped and taken away.

While you may think that Jaheira can help you here. You might also think that Mol can be found in Moonrise Towers along with the other captured Tieflings. Unfortunately, Mol disappears and you won’t see her again until Act Three. It would be interesting to see Mol included in the Mind Flayer Colony during this act but good luck with that.

Mol location – Act Three

Moving on to act three, you will finally be able to find Mol again after she was kidnapped. This time, you will need to go to the lower city of Baldur’s Gate. Specifically, you will need to find the Guild Hall. If you are following Jaheira’s questline to find Minsc, you will go to this area already.

The Guildhall can be found near the City Sewers waypoint in the lower city. You can reach here by going down the manhole to the sewers.

Of course, you can also access the guild hall from the surface by going to the Heapside Strand waypoint. From there, go down the northeast alley until you find Tusgront the half-orc. From there, you can go through the revealed entrance.

You will need to have favor with the guild. If you don’t, you can also use a Guild Ring to get yourself access to the Guild Hall. Mol will be found near the bar here but not with your other Tiefling pals.
