Trapped In Time tasks Astro with ascending a sandy mount encased in a colossal hourglass. Along the way, you’ll pick up a friendly chicken companion that will allow Astro to boost to great heights in this tough desert-themed obstacle course.

Bot 1
Acquire the chicken boost skill, and press on until you’ve climbed the third sand waterfall. Ahead, you’ll see a short tower with a caged entrance. The bot is inside. Boost up to the top of the tower, pull the handle by boosting, and then jump down to get inside.

Bot 2 – Dream Chaser
After boosting through the first bottle, head right and look over the edge to spot a platform below. Jump down, defeat the enemies, and go through the sand fall to find the bot inside a cave.
Bot 3
Push through the level until you’re indoors with the purple river. Jump to the third platform (the spinning one) and grab the hold hand and boost upwards to reveal the bot.

Bot 4 – Desert Wanderer
When you’re indoors surrounded by the purple waters, you’ll come to a column you push down to create a bridge. Instead of taking the column, turn right and note the bot off is the distance hanging from a cobra sculpture., Grab-boost all three platforms in the water to reach the Journey bot.

Bot 5
Reach the indoor section with the purple water. Push down the column to create the bridge. Cross and defeat the two purple enemies. Spin on the hole in the sand between them to drop down to where you’ll find the bot.
Bot 6
Once you’re back outside after the indoor section, boost up to the level above, defeat the enemies, then go to the left. You’ll see the bot and moles periodically pop out of three holes. Hit the bot when it pops up.
Bot 7
Once you reach the very end of the level, just before jumping on the disc to grab the flag, look up and you’ll see a bot carried by a pelican (or maybe a seagull? It’s hard to tell). Boost onto one of the trees and hit the bot off.

Puzzle 1
This one is during the flying section at the start of the level. Fly past the first coin chest and then the two on the ledge on the left, then you’ll see a gold serpent walking down the sand dune ahead from left to right. Use L2 and R2 to boost and hit the serpent head on, revealing the puzzle piece and chucking it forward for you to grab.
This one is easy to miss and is far less obvious than any puzzle piece so far in the game. If you miss the snake, you can pause and tap restart to quickly get back to the start of the level again for another attempt.

Kill the green blob in the alcove then pull the cord to get the flower. Captured by VideoGamer

Puzzle 2
After boosting up the first glass bottle, knock out the purple enemy ahead and pull their tail cord to create a pond. Head to the building on the left, defeat the green enemy inside, and pull the cord to get a flower. Boost up the leaves to get to the level above, turn around, then use the flower to hover over the tower (the top of where the green enemy was). Deal with the hard hat enemies then break the glass to get to the puzzle pieces.

Puzzle 3
Reach the indoor section and press on until you hit a section where you need to spin a flower to raise some platforms. Use the platforms to reach the ledge above where you’ll find three electric enemies and a bunch of golden items littering the floor. Break the floor using the laser hover jump and drop down to find the puzzle piece. The floor is partially sand so be careful where you land. But if you do hit the sand, don’t worry the checkpoint is just next to the pit.
