No, Assassin’s Creed Mirage isn’t on Steam at launch. You can see that Assassin’s Creed Mirage is available on the Epic Games Store. This might not be the case forever, since almost every other mainline Assassin’s Creed game has made its way to Valve’s digital storefront. The good news is that AC Mirage will be on PC, but you have to play it through Ubisoft’s own launcher or purchase it from the Epic Games Store. Naturally, this may disappoint people who like to have their games all neatly arranged in one place.
Will AC Mirage ever come to Steam?
It could be the case that Mirage will be a time Epic Games Store exclusive and Mirage will eventually be available on Steam, but we will have to wait and see if that happens. It seems likely this could happen, simply because every other mainline Assassin’s Creed game is on Steam.
Assassin’s Creed Mirage at launch is available on PC, PS5, and Xbox all at the same time. The PC release will be available to buy through Epic Games, and perhaps one day we will see it come to Steam.
The gameplay of Assassin’s Creed Mirage is similar to earlier Assassin’s Creed games in the series, putting more of an emphasis on stealth and a linear story in a contained environment instead of a huge sprawling map and vast open world to trek across.
