Even though the former’s setting will vastly differ from the latter’s, Mirage’s plot will revolve around the humble beginnings of Basim, a prominent character who was heavily featured in the Norse-themed series entry. However, Mirage represents a return to the series’ roots, so the latest entry’s world will be significantly less expansive than its predecessor.
