For example, AMD lists the RX 7800 XT’s performance in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 as averaging 127fps – pretty impressive considering that is at 1440p, max settings and without any frame generation technology enabled, this is superior to what the RX 7600 XT is capable of.

The stats for the RX 7600 XT are all listed with these frame-generating technology turned on. This can make it seem like its performance is actually superior. For example, AMD lists the RX 7800 XT as producing an average of 95fps in Forza Horizon 5, while the RX 7600 XT is listed at averaging 113fps. However, this is with frame generation enabled, which is capable of doubling framerates in certain games.

Essentially, both of these cards are very capable at 1080p and 1440p, though, if you are playing in a game with less effective frame generation, the RX 7600 XT might start to struggle at QHD.
