How powerful is the RTX 4070?
From the looks of things – the RTX 4070 could be a very decent mid-range graphics card. Unfortunately, it seems to be priced quite high. This has been a recurring theme with Nvidia’s graphics cards released recently, and is a result of extremely high demand, slightly reduced availability, and also Team Green’s growing foothold on the GPU market. However, price is a subjective thing. While it may cost a lot for some, for others it might be a steal. So, we look to the specs instead.
12GB of GDDR6X VRAM is a respectable amount. The RTX 4070 Ti, built on the same GPU chip, has the same amount of VRAM, though an increased amount of processor cores makes all the difference.
