Super Mario Maker 3DS doesn’t have online level sharing, and that’s a problem
Mario Maker for 3DS is great. It works brilliantly on the 3DS and I highly recommend it, but why can’t I share levels online and access everyone else’s levels? This odd design choice/limitation seems at odds with the game’s very existence.
Our original Super Mario Maker Wii U Review
Simon rather liked Super Mario Maker on the Wii U, which is good as the 3DS game is incredibly similar. Read about his thoughts in more detail in the full review (including why he doesn’t really like making levels in games).

verdict
Super Mario Maker for 3DS is a perfect fit for the handheld, with loads of content and excellent creation tools, but why can't you share levels online? That decision is baffling.
