Rebellion has unleashed the newest Ragnarok DLC for its co-op zombie shooter Zombie Army 4: Dead War.

The Ragnarok Campaign and Character pack includes a two-part campaign mission featuring Alpha Squad. The team must head into the depths of hell itself to stop the evil Projekt Ragnarok from coming into effect. In addition to the campaign, the DLC also includes a character pack with new costumes. These include the Future Karl, Marie Lounge Singer and Josiah Detective ensembles for you to slay in style.

On top of that, a new free update for all players has also arrived in the game alongside the paid DLC. This free update adds a new ‘Death Collector’ horde map, complete with some new achievements to earn. Expect tough battles around some very questionable machinery that could lead to grim consequences if left unchecked.

Previous DLC for the game has included crossovers with Left 4 Dead and its sequel, and the game’s also recently arrived on the Nintendo Switch. Even better, this new DLC is also available for that version, so even if you’ve only just climbed aboard the zombie shooting train you can get stuck in with the new content.

Check out a trailer for the Ragnarok DLC for Zombie Army 4: Dead War below. It’s out now on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia and PC.
