Wuthering Waves continues to be one of the best gacha game experiences alongside the holy trinity of Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero. Leaks for 3.0 suggest there will be a massive new region inspired by the best Final Fantasy game, but right now we are still in the middle of WuWa’s second chapter with 2.4 set to come out in June. Ahead of the episode’s launch, Kuro Games are conducting a preview, and here you will find the Wuthering Waves 2.4 livestream start time countdown along with how to watch and the new banner characters that will be included.
When does the Wuthering Waves 2.4 livestream start?
The start time for the Wuthering Waves 2.4 livestream is 4AM PT/7AM ET/12PM BST on May 30th. Kuro Games confirmed the date and time on the WuWa official X account.
There’s no mention of how long the preview will last, but they are typically 40-minutes to one-hour. The preview will cover everything that is set to happen in 2.4, which is currently estimated to release on June 12th.
In addition to the upcoming preview, WuWa is expected to make an appearance at Summer Game Fest on June 6th. Geoff Keighley recently posted an exclusive sneak peek at 2.4 featuring the first in-game footage of new playable character, Cartethyia.

The new playable WuWa characters for 2.4 are Cartethyia and Lupa. It’s expected that Cartethyia will drop in phase 1, meanwhile, Lupa will debut in phase 2.
Per the game’s official X account, Cartethyia is a five-star Aero who uses a sword. Meanwhile, Lupa is a five-stars character, too, and her attribute is Fusion, with a broadblade as her weapon of choice.
