Players take on the role of Rob Steiner, a man jailed for life for a murder he didn’t commit. You awake one night to find your cell door open and a shotgun beside you on the floor. Picking up the gun you take your chance and wander out into the hall only to be faced by an army of zombies.

From here on in it’s a battle for survival with your escape taking you to a host of locations including research facilities, swamplands and airports.

Players will be guided around the 3D environment using stylus to tap the touch screen and fire. When you run out of ammo players will have to drag ammo onto the gun to reload. Although on rail, the game will enable players to adjust the camera up/down/left/right to change the viewing angle and have the ability to look closely at finer details in the scene.

Players will be able to tackle zombie hordes on their own or team up with a friend in local wireless co-op play throughout the entire story mode.

Dead and Furious is scheduled for release only on Nintendo DS in November.
