Rainbow Six Siege has kicked off a free weekend on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One.

The free weekend launched yesterday, and will run through until 8.00pm on February 17 for PC. Those of you playing on consoles will have a little more time with the game, as the free weekend wraps up at 8.00am and 1.00pm on the Monday for Xbox One and PS4, respectively.

Any progress you make during this time will be carried over to the full version of the game, should you decide to buy it. Speaking of which, Ubisoft is offering up to 60% off all versions of Rainbow Six during the free weekend, so you can pick it up on the cheap.

Looking ahead, Rainbow Six Siege is set to make the jump to its fourth year of content, with Season One's update, Operation Burnt Horizon, arriving soon. This will include a new map, Outback, plus new SASR opereators Gridlock and Mozzie.

Rainbow Six Siege launched on PS4, PC, and Xbox One back in December 2015.
