Assassin's Creed Odyssey's second Epic Mercenary live event has been scrapped, publisher Ubisoft has announced on Twitter.
The sprawling Greek adventure game hasn't had an easy ride when it comes to its live events, as the first Epic Mercenary battle was also binned. While last week's Epic Ship event went off without a hitch, technical difficulties have once again blocked the appearance of Damais the Indifferent for a second time.
Ubisoft says it's working on a fix for the problem, although on the flip side I guess you could use the time to level up your character some more.
Assassin's Creed Odyssey launched for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on October 5, and we thought it was bloody impressive to say the least.
Remember Damais the Indifferent? So far we've had no success in tracking him down, so, unfortunately, there won't be a live event this week.
We're working towards a solution to address an issue that prevents the mercenary live events from appearing as soon as we can. Stay tuned. pic.twitter.com/BHqEp1g3cb
