CD Projekt Red has announced that The Witcher 2 has sold in excess of 1.7 million units across PC and Xbox 360. The Xbox 360 game arrives on Japan on August 23 and a Mac edition will arrive in the autumn.
While no Xbox 360 specific sales figures have been revealed, back in February CD Projekt announced that The Witcher 2 had sold 1,110,055 units. This puts the Xbox 360 game’s sales at under 600k.
CD Projekt has revealed that it’s working on a new RPG based on the Cyberpunk pen&paper RPG series.
